ABAHUJE Youth Club Shines in Inter-Village Talent Competition in Byimana

BAHO Family Organisation supported ABAHUJE Youth Club's participation in an inter-village talent competition in Byimana, aimed at identifying and nurturing the diverse talents of young people in our operational areas and connecting them with wider opportunities.

The club showcased Rwandan traditional culture through dance, poetry and song, drawing an enthusiastic crowd from across the community. BAHO Family donated a set of traditional drums to support the club's rehearsals and performances, and is working with members to establish football and volleyball teams.

Beyond entertainment, the youth corner doubles as a safe space for structured sessions on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), avoidance of alcohol and early marriage, peer-group management and civic education for teenagers and young adults. BAHO Family continues to seek partners who can support the club with uniforms and sports equipment.
